I. scope

This specification is applicable to factory test and type test of three-phase asynchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as motor).

2. Citation criteria:

Basic technical requirements of GB755 rotary motor GB1032 three-phase asynchronous motor test method.

3. Measurement instruments and test methods for testing:

Measuring instruments and test methods are in accordance with GB1032.

4. Exit test:

1) Each motor must pass the factory test before it can leave the factory.

2) Out-of-factory test projects include:

(a) Mechanical inspection: turning the shaft by hand to see whether the motor is smooth, light and non-stagnant, to check whether the parts are complete, correct, non-bumping rust, and the motor surface paint is dry, complete, uniform, non-stain, damage, cracks and other phenomena.

B) Measurement of insulation resistance between stator windings and chassis: The insulation resistance of motor should not be less than 1M_in actual cold state, and not less than 0.38 M_ (rated voltage 380V) or 0.66 M_ (rated voltage 660V) after thermal state or temperature rise test. The value of insulation resistance of high voltage motor is stipulated according to technical conditions.

C) Measurement of DC resistance of stator winding in actual cold state: The deviation between the measured resistance of any phase and the average value of three phases should be no more than 3% of the average value of three phases, and the measured value should conform to HD.R-01-063.

D) Measurement of no-load current and loss: The deviation between the three-phase no-load current measured by motor and the average value of three-phase should be no more than 10% of the average value of phase, and the test value should conform to HD.R-01-063.
